We accept several forms of dental insurance and we will make every possible effort to make sure that everyone in Columbus has access to affordable cosmetic dentistry.
Your balance is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We also offer Care Credit®, which is a financing option that offers 0% interest payment plans from 3 - 12 months, as well as, extended low interest payment plans up to 60 months. About Dental Insurances: Yes, there is such thing as affordable cosmetic dentistry
Although we strive to provide affordable cosmetic dentistry services (as well as standard dentistry services) to all of our patients, it is ultimately dependant on what kind of insurance you carry. As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit all dental claims. However, you will need to provide us with all necessary information for us to do so. We do ask for your estimated portion at the time of the services. If there is a balance remaining after insurance pays, you are responsible for payment regardless of any insurance company's arbitrary determination of usual and customary rates.
We accept most insurances, even if they have an "in or out of network" benefit. We are in network for Cigna, Delta Premier, and United Concordia. Generally, your benefits aren't that much different for in or out of network. If you have questions about your insurance benefits, you should contact your insurance company or your employee benefits department.
